I thought I'd take another snapshot today and see how much had changed. Not much, really: the top names are still near the top of the list, although their comparative positions may have shifted a bit. I've included a few more places, this time, down to 58, bringing in Ueda Kana, Kugimiya Rie, and Inoue Marina.
Toyosaki Aki is closer to where I expected her, however, at #15. All the K-On girls appear: she, Hikasa Youko (Mio), Taketatsu Ayaka (Azu-nyan), Kotobuki Minako (Mugi), Satou Satomi (Ritsu).
Chihara Minori has risen to the top, showing that singing and beauty both count for a lot with 2channelers. Mizuki Nana is still right there with her. Katou Emiri has jumped twenty places (#24 to #4), possibly reflecting her popularity as Hideyoshi in Baka to Test.
EDIT: Emirin's recent numbers are actually due to the fact that she has just announced on her blog that she has started orthodontic work to straighten her very crooked teeth. She announced publicly on Friday that had started last month -- and received a flood of positive posts, both to her blog and on 2channel.
For the seiyuu otaku among you, here is the table, followed by a few notes of other things appearing on 2channel recently. The first column is Sunday's ranking. The second the ranking a couple of weeks ago. On the right, the first column is number of posts per day in the current thread, the second the total number of threads (i.e., thousands of posts) that have accumulated over time.

In other tidbits from 2channel, a new thread has shown up asking which female seiyuu would be strongest in a fight. So far, Gotou Yuuko (Gotuuza-sama) has a lot of votes. She is known for her motorcycle and her drinking. The tall Toyosaki Aki also gets some votes.Other names: Hirano Aya, Shintani Ryouko, Sanpei Yuuko, and Nazuka Kaori (like Gotou and Toyosaki, another big person with a small voice).
This is at least a bit less questionable a thread than the "Which seiyuu would you like to have sex with?" thread that has been running for a while. The comparatively little-known (outside Japan) Kataoka Azusa is currently winning hands-down. Sanpei Yuuko came first in a previous thread. One recent post says: "Sakurai Takahiro-sama."
I follow Yuuki Aoi's thread, and there has been a burst of activity recently since her character in Ichiban Ushiro no Dai Maou, the quiet-voiced android Korone, started making off-color comments, smirked at guys' equipment in a men's washroom, and directly asked the hero: "Please show me your penis." That line has figured in some comments.
In another region of the underbelly of the Japanese psyche, the Ichiban Ushiro thread has been dominated by negative comments on the appearance in episode three of Korean writing on signs at the college of magic. No complaints about English or Chinese.

Those K-Dramas are taking our Japanese women!!!
Hi !
When I was searching on google, I discovered your amazing site
and have enjoyed looking around.
Thanks for all the great information.
Not sure if this is the best place to post,
if you prefer, check this new website:
Anime Seiyuu Channel (http://anime-seiyuu-channel.magnify.net/)
Thanks for sharing.
Sheesh, the anti-Korean racism gets so tiring. Also a shame about all those "anti-" threads. Is it so hard to just post about what you like instead of what you don't? Ah 2ch, you filthy place. But I guess that's the internet in general really.
Laughed at Gotou Yuuko being ranked most likely to win in a fight. Gotta say I'd like to see that.
Emirin with straight teeth?
Please do keep a lookout for her new look.
Aw, I couldn't picture any seiyuu in a fight (except perhaps Yuko Goto, heh). Aki-chan is tall, but she seems rather skinny and not all that buff. (But don't tell her I said that.)
Anti Horie Yui ? What the fuck is that shit ?!
Haha, this is so stupid.
Yay Hocchan ♥
So voicing borderline mute characters (hence less actual voice acting, pitch, timbre, tone required) is what gets you to the top of 2ch's rankings? Why does this not surprise me in the slightest?
Can they just once not come across as incredibly shallow though? Is this too much to ask?
@Kaoishin_sama -- Shallow but highly knowledgeable, lol.
